A delicate fruit forward nose with peach, yellow plums and flowers including: orange blossom and Jasmin that come to complete the bouquet. Very light in the mouth but crisp. It has a nice long finish!
Pauline Pabiot is currently in charge of the domain she is the fifth generation of passionate and independant wine-growers in the family. She has been responsable for introducing a new approach and guiding the estate towards more environmentally-friendly wine growing practices.
