The Dauny family is an old winegrower family from the region of Sancerre which cultivates vines on the famous hillsides of Champtin since 1683. Their vines are free from all chemicals, to fight vine diseases. In 1964 that the vineyard was completely converted to Organic Agriculture. The aim is to improve soil fertility in the long term and eliminate many forms of pollution and provide consumers with a healthy, natural and balanced product.
Appearance : pale yellow, green reflections
Nose : fruity, notes of candied lemons
Palate : balance acidity/ freshness, mineral, fruity, citrus
