Description
Pa Tel, Maturana
Paredones, Colchagua Valley, Chile
Varietal: Pais, Black Moscatel, Semillon, Riesling
PATEL was born as a collaborative project between Bocanáriz and Maturana Wines, with the common objective of making a wine that shows the identity of Paredones (Colchagua coast) through grapes from 4 hectares of century-old vineyards planted on the island among pine forests at 12 kilometers in a straight line to the sea, which are part of the rescue and the patrimonial valuation of Chile vitivinícola.
Patel is a mixture of Pais, Black Moscatel, Semillon and Riesling which are vinified in co-fermentation, in order to enhance the characteristics that each one delivers. The País strain provides fruit and rusticity, Black Muscat the color and acidity, Semillón the complexity, roundness and floral notes and the Riesling contributes with the extravagance.
