The “Bodega Vinecol” project started in the year 1998, with the aim of creating a winery oriented towards high quality organicwines.
This wine is named after the local Chinchero bird which populates the region. It comes from high-elevation sand and loam-basedvineyards in La Paz in Mendoza.
Tasting note;Great varietal typicity, it shows aromas reminiscent of ripe white fruits and citrus. A fresh wine with very good acidity and a fruity finish.
