Grape varietals: Chardonnay
Three close friends from Europe have joined forces to establish this biodynamic winery: Alpamanta, to produce exceptionalwines.
This unique Chardonnay undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete eggs and amphorae. 20% of the wine is fermented in wooden barrels to embrace it’s roudness. The wine is not stableized or filtered.
Tasting Note: On the nose it has aromas of chamomile flowers and some notes of vanilla, combined with notes of orange. A fresh and sweet entry with a long finish.
