The vineyard is situated on the low and medium-height terraces of Châteauneuf du Pape.
This wine has a beautiful cherry red colour. Strawberries, black olive tapenade and rosemary aromas combine in this full bodied and racy wine. Its has a beautiful texture and some coffee notes at the end.
Manual harvests, very small yields and ageing for 18 months in large wooden vats called “foudres”
