It expresses floral and citrus notes of grapefruit on the nose with a light background of dried fruit, while at the mouthfeel it is fresh and subtle, of excellent elegance and with an enveloping perlage that closes on a sapid and persistent aromatic finish.
In the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, we find the 18 acres of south-facing vines of Francis Orban.The family has been producing grapes since 1929 and selling to notable Champagne houses like Krug. In 2007, under the initiative of Francis they started their own brand. In the Valle de Marne soils are rich in sand and clay, a mix that suits Pinot Meunier.
