Viognier Oxidativo (oxidative style Viognier), fermented in old oak for 10 months with topping up but not protected by inert gas. It is fresh with a savoury palate which is untypical of Viognier in a positive way! Fresh and powerful with great fruit character. On the nose this wine stands out for its floral and very fruity aromas and tropical fruits, aromas that contradict the flavors that we will find in the mouth.
