This sustainably farmed wine is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon from 2 vineyards in the Tupungato region of the Uco Valley. Its a crisp, low intervention fruit driven wine.
Tasting Notes:
Honeydew melon mixed with rose petals on the nose. The palate reflects melon fruit but adds jasmine, orange peel. Nice acidity
