Pale gold color with amber hues. An appealing and intriguing nose, quite intense too. The bouquet is an unusual combination of elder tree wood, toffee and green asparagus, with clear notes of clementine peel, honeysuckle and fresh apricots. It is a dry wine, yet it feels smooth, with fine texture, moderate acidity and fantastic balance. This wine is an experience in itself, refreshingly different and ever surprising. There are certainly some unique pairings to explore!
