With ‘Del Mono Tinto’ winemaker Matias Michelini co-ferments equal parts Malbec & Syrah grapes, that are sustainably grownat an altitude of 3,700 feet and hand-harvested from vinyards in the Tupungato region of Mendoza’s Uco Valley.
Fermented and aged only in inert vessels to allow the grapes to speak for themselves
Tasting notes: Rich notes of plum, cocoa, & blackberry with a bit of pepper and spice.
