The Producer
Bruno Lafon was born in Meursault, Burgundy, in the family estate of Domaine Des Comtes Lafon, a small but legendary producer of very high-end Burgundian wines. It goes without saying that he has an exceptional understanding of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. In Languedoc he found a new frontier with perfect climate and soils to develop several cuvées of top-quality wines without the excessive cost of land now found in Burgundy.
Tasting Notes
Peach, pineapple and citrus fruits give a round impression on the palate, finishing with a crisp edge.
Pairings
Excellent with shellfish, like crab and prawns, grilled fish, and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
