A fourth generation family vineyard situated in the village of Milly. Bernard’s two sons manage the domain for the last 20 years and are fully committed to organic and sustainable farming in order to keep the soils alive.
The Chablis Vielles Vignes comes from a single northeast facing lot that has 55 years of age. 25% in fermented in aged used barrel and 75% in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees.
Tasting Notes
An intense but light on the palette Chablis, it displays a beautiful aromatic freshness with notes of green apple and honeysuckle.
Pairings
Oyster and light fish go great with this wine. Would highly recomed with poultry in herb sauces. Work well with goat cheese
